Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Numix application processes user information. The data controller is valere, reachable at valetop@hotmail.fr.
Information processed
- an automatically generated Firebase player identifier, an optional public username and, if the user chooses to protect the account, the technical identifier supplied by Sign in with Apple;
- progress, scores, statistics, preferences, unlocked themes, Rubix balance and gift-code use;
- for public leaderboards: username, score, rank and game mode;
- information required to verify the “No Ads” purchase, including transaction data signed by Apple, without access to payment-card details;
- technical information needed for security, fraud prevention and Firebase App Check;
- bug reports and suggestions submitted voluntarily, together with the player identifier and, when authorized by the user, limited technical diagnostics;
- when advertising is permitted, technical and advertising information processed by Google AdMob according to the user’s consent choices.
Information stored only on the device
The current game, certain visual settings and intermediate statistics are stored locally using the device’s storage mechanisms. They may be removed when the application is deleted.
Purposes
This information is used to provide the game, save progress, manage rewards and purchases, display leaderboards, prevent fraud, maintain security and, where the required consent is given, serve and measure advertising.
Third-party services
Numix uses Google services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check and AdMob, as well as Apple App Store and StoreKit services for purchases. These providers may process data under their own policies:
Advertising and consent
Where required, Numix requests consent before loading advertising. Choices can be changed through “Settings → Privacy options”. The “No Ads” purchase removes banners; voluntarily selected rewarded ads may remain available.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as necessary to operate the player account, provide features, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Measures including Firebase App Check, authentication and Firebase access rules are used to limit unauthorized access.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information and withdraw consent. The account and its data can be deleted directly from “Settings → Delete my account”. For another request, include the “Player ID” shown in the Numix settings. Verification may be required to prevent deletion of another person’s account.
Children
When a minor uses Numix, their parent or legal guardian may contact us with any question or request about the minor’s information.
